Easy Way to Make Chilli Dipping Sauce (ទឹកត្រីកោះកុង)

Chili Dipping Sauce or in Khmer ទឹក​ត្រីកោះកុង​ is very easy to make and it is the best to eat with seafood or chicken. You can check out our Oven Roasted Chicken Recipe here.

Below are the ingredients and a simple way to make it.

Ingredients

10 cloves of garlic

10 whole chilli peppers

1 cup of fish sauce

1 cup of lemon juice or lime juice

1 really full cup of sugar

Step 1: Blend the garlic and chilli peppers in a blender or mash it in a pestle mortar.

Step2: Put sugar and lemon juice in to the mashed garlic and chilli peppers. Stir and wait until the sugar melted.

Step 3: Put the fish sauce in.

Done!! You'll get your delicious chilli dipping sauce.
